First Meeting: Shared Digital Services (SDS) Subgroup in FOREU4ALL IT&Digitalisation

The FOREU4ALL IT & Digitalisation group is officially launching the Shared Digital Services (SDS) subgroup. This initiative focuses on the development of scalable IT models and secure digital ecosystems designed to accelerate digital transformation across European university alliances.

Unlike projects focused on single-partner systems, this subgroup prioritizes platforms shared within and between alliances, such as shared cloud services and collaborative infrastructure.

The primary goal of this kickoff is to establish the subgroup's foundation, specifically:

• Defining core discussion topics and focus areas.
• Determining the frequency of future meetings.
• Ensuring no overlap with other existing subgroups.
• Exploring potential shared systems such as LMS (Moodle), File Management (NextCloud), Agora (Odoo), and SIS (OpenEduCat).
