National Approach to Teacher Professionalization (NAPL)

Groeifonds-programma in The Netherlands. The aim of the proposal is to both strengthen the quality of teachers and increase the attractiveness of the teaching profession. The NAPL project is working on an infrastructure to continuously stimulate the professional development of teachers throughout their careers. This leads to better learning performance of students, more job satisfaction and less stress and burnout among teachers.
