This resource visualizes a Student Journey Map, providing a comprehensive view of the CHARM Master programme and the processes that we currently have in place for it. In different ‘swimming lanes’, the actions the student takes throughout their participation in the programme are mapped, and the processes that this triggers in the back office are described. This provides valuable insights into the relationship between the different architectural layers. It integrates organizational, technological, and informational perspectives into a single framework and it helped to identify organizational bottlenecks.
