RASH the Albanian Academic Network is the National Research and Education Network (NREN) start as project 2011 and become later a full member of TERENA the Trans-european Research and Education Network Association (now [GÉANT Association](https://geant.org/)). Based in a new Agreement between all Rectors of 12 public universities, 2018 RASH restart as autonomus inter-institutional Center for Research and Development in ICT.
