Reconstruction and study of the neutrino events with the KM3NeT telescope
The goal of the project is to study muon decays and neutrino oscillation parameters from the data obtained with KM3NeT ORCA detector. Tasks included in this proposal are following: 1.Participation in the KM3NeT data-taking shifts and analysis of the primary data; 2.Further development of Georgian KM3NeT Tier-2 computer center; 3.Simulation of atmospheric muon and neutrino events; 4.Studying the possibility of reconstruction of muon decays (µe νe νµ) in the KM3NeT detector; 5.Improving reconstruction and particle-identification algorithms for the neutrino events; 6.Analysis of reconstructed neutrino events.
