Interoperable Europe Act

The Interoperable Europe Act entered into force on 11 April 2024, marking a significant step towards strengthening interoperability in the public sector. The Act enables administrations to cooperate and ensure public services function seamlessly across territorial, sectoral, and organisational boundaries, while maintaining their sovereignty at all levels of government.
