This agreement was developed in the context of the Education Transition Service (OSO). OSO is the set of agreements, standards and secure connections that ensure the secure digital transfer of a student's study and guidance data from the student administration of the current school to the new school and for intra-school transfer in preparation for this. Mainly used in K12 in The Netherlands.
